Consultation

Begin your journey with a thorough consultation. We listen to your needs and understand your requirements. We can work with founders of all backgrounds. If you’re a technical founder and know exactly the languages and frameworks you want in your ideal developer, we can work with that. Or you could be a non-technical founder and know only what you’d like to build and we can work with that too.

Step 2

Talent Match

We have an existing pipeline of hundreds of pre-vetted developers that we start our search with. In 99% of cases, we have been able to find the right match from this pipeline. In the rare case that we don’t have the right resource in our pipeline, we reach out to our extended network and find the perfect candidate for you.

Step 3

Meet and Greet with You

Before we kick-off the relationship, we’ll connect the developer with you for a 45-minute meet and greet call. In this call you can ask the developer technical questions, skills-based questions, generic questions or what kind of ice-cream they like. It’s entirely up to you.

Step 4

Onboarding

Assuming all goes well in the meet-and-greet call, we get the paperwork signed ASAP and the developer is good to work with you directly. We do have a 3 weeks no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. So, if things don’t turn out with the developer as you expected, we will offer you to find a replacement and refuse to charge you anything for the developer you worked with. Don’t worry, they still get paid.

Step 5

Payment

At the end of each month, we send you an invoice with the cost that we all agreed upon. All you have to do is pay for the invoice. We manage all the HR and benefits for the resource.

Ongoing Support
